Before approval, Neopolis live sends are restricted to the account owner's verified mobile number and still use the prepaid balance. The free Playground sends no real messages.
Registration and consent are separate
Registration identifies your business and messaging purpose. Continue obtaining appropriate permission, respecting opt-outs, and following your registered use case. Registration does not guarantee delivery.
